GeneCut web-service is launched for gene assembly and molecular cloning
We are glad to announce that GeneCut software has become available to everyone as a web service. It is aimed for in silico experiments on gene assembly (already in action) and molecular cloning (under development). The program was developed in partnership with scientists from the ICBFM SB RAS.
GeneCut allows you to split nucleotide sequences into oligonucleotides and long blocks using proven scientific algorithms and then assemble new genetic constructs from the resulting fragments. Also, one can perform a number of auxiliary manipulations with amino acid and nucleotide sequences.
The results obtained in the program serve as a basement for laboratory experiments with genetic material. Detailed reports generated by the program are stored in a cloud database. To start using the web service, just register an account.
