We collect the minimum amount of personal information and do it only with your consent, for the sake of effective interaction. We don’t provide your information to the third parties and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes. How UNIPRO collects information

This Privacy Policy applies to Information collected through www.unipro.ru (the “Website”), and also through the use of UNIPRO software services, accessible through web and other communication channels (the “Services”).

Websites of the products developed and maintained by UNIPRО, comply with this Privacy Policy, as well as being regulated by their own Privacy Statements.

UNIPRO may collect Information from you offline, such as when you attend a conference, exhibit or another public event, or during a phone call or in-person meeting with a UNIPRO marketing representative or other employee.

UNIPRO may obtain Information about you from other sources, such as public media sources, marketing partners, social media platforms, distributors, resellers, or other third parties.

What information UNIPRO collects and how it is processed

 

Information from the Website

The only information collected through the Website is your Name, E-mail and interested Subject, necessary to identify you and your issue. This information is collected through the «Contacts» page and then is held only in the inner database of the Website CMS.

Information from the Services

The information collected and processed in connection with Customer’s use of the Services include, but are not limited to: name, employer, business role, professional title, contact information (company, email address, telephone number, and physical business address). Also, the specific Customer’s content (technical and business scope) is processed for the needs of the Services delivery.

Information from the offline and other sources

This information includes the same sources listed above in the previous sections:

  • Information delivered by you to a public space through various channels;
  • Information rendered in one-to-one business meetings;
  • Information provided by the third parties, that obtained it officially.

In addition to the types of information listed above various information provided by you to a public space might be appended.

Payment information

Any payment information, including credit card information, is processed and collected by UNIPRO commercial department and our payment processor (legally authorized RF bank). Our payment processor is authorized to collect and use the submitted information only for the purposes of providing this service. The term of use for your payment information is defined by RF legislation.

Employment Applications

If you apply for employment with UNIPRO, we will use your personal information to process your application and to monitor recruitment statistics. Unless otherwise required by law, we will not disclose your personal information to a third party without informing you. We may retain personal information about unsuccessful candidates after the recruitment procedure has been completed and may also retain de-personalized statistical information about applicants for the sake of our recruitment activities.

What information we do not collect

We do not intentionally request and collect sensitive personal information, such as social security numbers, genetic data, health information, family information or religious information.

Access and Data Retention of Information

All the Information listed above is retained in UNIPRO usage as long as our business processes need to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

UNIPRO will retain personal information that we collect or process on behalf of a Customer for as long as needed to provide the Services to such Customer. UNIPRO may also retain such information as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Upon request UNIPRO will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Information collected through any of the channel listed above. You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by sending an email request to personal@unipro.ru .
