USPARS Included in the Russian Software Registry

We are pleased to announce that the USPARS software package, a universal direct solver for large systems of linear algebraic equations (SLAE), has been included in the Russian Software Registry. The registry number is 18945, as of September 5, 2023. Our solver falls under two categories according to the Software Classifier: 08.05 Engineering Analysis Tools (CAE) and 04.03 Subprogram Libraries (SDK). It can be used within industrial engineering analysis systems as well as independently for scientific and educational purposes.

Since late 2022, the package has been used in the engineering system of a Russian state corporation. USPARS can also serve as a solid replacement for foreign SLAE solvers for other domestic engineering software developers, as its performance is already comparable to international alternatives.
