Bioinformatics Hackathon in Akademgorodok

From April 30 to May 2, the second Bioinformatics Hackathon LifeCode 2018 took place in Akademgorodok, Novosibirsk, this time at the convenient "Tochka Kipeniya" platform at Akadempark. The hackathon was organized by the NSU Synthetic Biology research and education consortium.
Participants, including students and graduate students from various fields, tackled diverse challenges such as searching for protein compounds, visualization tasks, and more. Nine teams reached the final round. The winners received prizes from sponsors, including the UGENE team from Unipro.
