Participation in BGRS’2016 and SBB’2016

Since 2004, we have been presenting at the International Conference on Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and Structure (BGRS). This year, the UGENE project presented two talks—one on the capabilities of the project for training young researchers, and another on a new algorithm for processing Sanger sequencing data. Our team also conducted a tutorial at the Young Scientists School, where they taught automated NGS data processing using viral genomes as an example.
