For Students

Internship

Internships for beginner programmers are a regular practice in our company, and we have a well-established system in place. Typically, students join us in their 3rd-5th years. However, we have also had experience hiring 1st and 2nd-year students. Yes, they work here and receive a salary, the amount of which depends on the quality of their contribution to the common cause and the effort involved.

At Unipro, we rarely have special training projects. Students intern and work on "real" projects, contributing their results to the common codebase. Each intern has a mentor – an experienced employee who is always available for consultation and assistance. The most important thing is your desire to gain practical knowledge, ask questions, and apply that knowledge in practice.

You can also write interesting theses with us. There are always topics available for both bachelor’s and master’s students. We have been officially collaborating with Novosibirsk State University (NSU) for many years, offering internships to students from various departments. We can also collaborate with other universities.

We guarantee flexible working hours for all employees, and even more so for students. Your education is important to us as well. Your individual schedule is discussed with your project team manager and mentor.

Internship vacancies are opened 1-2 times a year. We publish them on our website in the Vacancies section (link), on HeadHunter, and on NSU department pages. If you're interested, keep an eye on these web resources.

You can express your interest even if there is no open internship vacancy. We usually respond to everyone. The email address for inquiries is personal@unipro.ru
