LLC NCIT "Unipro" develops and implements software solutions in the field of system software, mathematical modeling, bioinformatics and corporate applications. The company has expertise in porting and adapting software for the Russian processor platform "Elbrus", and also develops and implements its own IT solutions.

• USPARS — multi-platform direct solver for sparse systems of linear equations, optimized for multiprocessor systems with shared memory. Used in mathematical modeling and engineering calculations.
• UGENE — multifunctional application for working with sequences, alignments, sequencing data and bioinformatics computational workflows.
• GeneCut — web service for conducting in silico experiments on gene assembly and molecular cloning. The program helps prepare a gene sequence for synthesis: perform reverse translation, optimize codon composition, remove unwanted sites and motifs, split the sequence into oligonucleotides or long blocks, as well as model cloning of genetic constructs.
• Clang/LLVM e2k — complete set of C/C++ developer tools for Elbrus (optimizing compiler, assembler, linker, standard libraries and utilities) based on the open LLVM framework.

Universal Solver USPARS — Included in the Russian software registry (Certificate of State Registration of Computer Program No. 2022614559 dated March 23, 2022, registry entry No.18945 dated 05.09.2023). Method of provision: under license, as part of developed software.

Unipro UGENE — Included in the Russian software registry (Certificate of State Registration of Computer Program No. 2016615455 dated May 25, 2016, registry entry No.2883 dated 14.03.2017). Method of provision: under license, as part of developed software.

The right to use the product is granted under license. The type and cost of the license is determined based on an individual customer request.
